Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and the total amount. This confirmation serves as your official proof of order.

Order Changes & Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Simply go to your Order History page, locate the order you wish to cancel, and select Cancel items. Once submitted, your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed by our team as quickly as possible. For any other changes, such as updating your shipping address or modifying item details, please contact our customer service team directly. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order enters the shipping process.
