Shipping Coverage: Smartisan Tech currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for ground or expedited shipments. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Simply go to your Order History page, locate the order you wish to cancel, and select Cancel items. Once submitted, your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed by our team as quickly as possible. For any other changes, such as updating your shipping address or modifying item details, please contact our customer service team directly. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order enters the shipping process.
Order Review and Security: All orders are subject to verification. Orders may be placed on hold for additional review, especially if flagged by our fraud detection system.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Multiple Shipments: Your order may ship in more than one package depending on item availability or size. We’ll notify you when each part ships.
Out-of-Stock Items: If any item in your order is unavailable, our team will contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
Shipping Methods and Carriers: We use trusted delivery partners including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
- Shipping Options and Costs: Standard ground shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. Customers who select premium express shipping options are responsible for the additional costs.

Delivery Timing and Conditions: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that delivery times are ultimately subject to each carrier’s Terms of Service. Circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, natural disasters, or holiday delays, may impact delivery times.

Returned Packages: Packages returned to us due to handling issues will receive a refund. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or returns.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages: For items lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. For damaged items, notify the carrier and contact us within 5 days.
