Return Policy
Smartisan Tech offers a 30-day return window on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but you may place a new order after receiving your refund.
Requirements for Returns:
- Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a valid Smartisan Tech order number. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through our official website. If you purchased the item through a third-party platform or reseller, please refer to their return process.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in original condition, including the complete product packaging, all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may result in a partial refund.

Restocking Fees: Smartisan Tech reserves the right to apply a restocking fee or deduct a portion of the refund amount if the returned product is incomplete, physically damaged, or returned without original packaging.
Shipping & Refusals:

If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address or customer error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during unauthorized returns or if shipped without using our official label.
How to Request a Return:
- All returns must be authorized in advance. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team to request an official Smartisan Tech return shipping label. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
- Customers are required to use the return label provided by Smartisan Tech. Packages shipped using third-party or self-paid labels will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
- Once you’ve received the label, repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your invoice. Affix the label securely to the outside of the box, and drop off the package at the carrier location specified in the return instructions.

Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 10–14 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Amount: Full refunds are issued for items returned in unused and original condition. If any parts are missing or if the item shows signs of damage or wear, Smartisan Tech reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
